Constantly looking to identify the nuances of everyday things and the extra in every ordinary, he’s a reluctant perfectionist who will knock at your door (Literally) to get things right. Take our word for it, he’ll not have it any other way. He’s also an avid automotive enthusiast and with his other venture, Millenai, he is redefining the world of luxury automotive lifestyle. With his experience of working with 30+ brands in diversely spaced domains, he oversees growth strategies for all partner brands.

A creative heart at the core, he works on turning textual concepts into visual stories. Driven by passion and the hunger for creating impactful visual communication, he stays in his create-zone. Apart from being the doer that he is, he also keeps a track of how our partner brands perform on social media along with managing their digital handles. Also, he can definitely be a morning person, only when mornings happen in the afternoon.

Weaving magic with her words, she can even make the dullest of things sound exciting. She leads content and client relationships at Scale. A Master in International/Global Studies & a BA with triple majors combined with her numerous stints at media houses like the TOI; she's extremely versatile when it comes to curating impactful strategies and delivering impactful communication for all our partner brands. Being a part of the design & creativity team at Scale, he has turned into a brilliant visualizer and has a knack for coming up with the most unique ideas. Evidently, he’s demanding with his personal choices as well as his work. An engineer-turned creative professional, he constantly questions the conventional, raises the bar for ideas, content & creativity at Scale with his ‘Never Settle’ attitude. If you think that he is the quietest, then let us correct you. He won’t hesitate to engage you in a sarcastic comment if you give him the slightest opening. Always open to a challenge and suggestions.
