Case Overview:
Pal Heights is a 4-star hospitality chain with two hotels under its umbrella. Based in Odisha, Pal Heights has created a name for itself in the industry in the last 15 years. On-ground collaborations with Humans of Odisha, a community that shares inspiring stories from the state brought us a winning entry of Padma Shri Awardee, Devarapalli Prakash Rao, who educated over 200 underprivileged children.
Case Goal:
The brand aimed at connecting with its audience on a deeper and personal level with the goal to remind the audience how big of a role a father plays in a child’s life. This also enabled people to come forward to share their experiences on a public platform.
Work:
To stir the emotions, we deliberately used persuasive messages to tap into Pal’s audience and their emotions. #MyBiggestInfluencer contest tempted people to share the most inspiring stories of their fathers. Scale also collaborated with two influencers in generating content for the campaign. The campaign ran over a period of one week with continuous stories, and posts that managed to touch over 53k accounts.
